Tea bread – Teeleipä

This is THE most simple bread recipe ever!!
2 dl porridge oats (kaurahiutaleet)
2 dl wheat flour (vehnäjauho)
2 tsp baking powder (leivinjauhe)
0,5 tsp salt (suola)
2 dl milk (or water) (maito/vesi)
2 tbsp oil (rypsiöljy)
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
2. Add milk and oil.
3. Tip the dough onto a baking tray.
4. Bake in 225 degrees for about 15 minutes.
TIPS! Try and add for example cheese, herbs or garlic on top of the bread for extra flavour!
